  1. Managing a team of 40 with 10 Direct Reportees.
  2. Responsible for managing end to end Recruitment, Delivery, Bench Sales, Resource Management and Human Resource for US Staffing Division.
  3. Responsible for P&L Management, Performance Management, Process Implementation, Revenue Management, Strategy Implementation & Resource Management.
  4. Responsible for creating innovative business models and rolling out new strategies for attracting potential customers.
  5. Responsible to define strategies to build quality accounts, quality centric business functions for customer satisfaction.
  6. Responsible to build quality resource pool on trending technologies/tech-stacks as per market demand.
  7. Responsible to hire, train and develop a team of highly competent Sales, Recruitment & Delivery professionals, and nurture them to become future leaders.

  1. Transform Staffing division into a most revenue generating division in the company by enhancing the customer base & maximum hires for every calendar year. My ultimate objective is to make sure CBC grows rapidly both in headcount & revenue YOY (Year on Year).
